Capacitor 2.5 uF for flue gas extractor or centrifugal fan
Add-on products
Description
It is located between the smoke extractor or centrifugal fan and the circuit board. It is typically mounted directly on the pellet stove.
Info:
A capacitor placed between a centrifugal fan (smoke extractor) and the circuit board can have different purposes depending on the specific circuit and application. Here are some possible purposes of a capacitor in this context:
Power factor correction: The capacitor can be used to correct the power factor in the circuit. This can help improve efficiency and reduce power consumption.
Motor start capacitor: If the smoke extractor has an electric motor, the capacitor can function as a start capacitor to provide extra torque when starting the motor. This may be necessary, especially if the motor requires extra power for start-up.
Noise reduction: The capacitor can be used to reduce electrical noise or interference in the circuit, which can improve the performance or reliability of the connected electronic equipment.
