If you regret your purchase (right of cancellation policy)
You have up to 30 days to cancel your purchased item when shopping at www.pelletstoveparts.eu. The 30 days starts from the day you receive the purchased item.
You must notify us, that you wish to return your purchase, within 14 days of receiving your item. The notification must be given at

It is not acceptable to simply refuse acceptance of the purchased item without giving us a clear notification of your wishes to cancel the item.
NB! For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties (CH/GB/NO) are imposed. Settlement of Customs, paid by recipient. We waive handling and payments of Customs.
Returns
You must send your order to us, without undue delay, and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order. You must personally meet the requirements of the costs associated with returning the item. You carry the responsibility of the product(s) from the time of delivery.
Due to their nature, some goods cannot be returned via normal postage. Special products/supplies and goods that have been produced according to specific dimensions cannot be returned.
Please note that you will not be compensated for the return delivery costs if you cancel a proportion of your purchase.

The condition of the returned item
You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling of the item other than what is necessary to determine that nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words – you are welcome to try the product in the same way as you would in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.
If the item has been handled in addition to what has been described above, the item will be considered to be in use. Thus, meaning that you will only receive part or no compensation of the purchase amount, depending on the newly existing trade value of that item.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive the compensation amount equal to what the item costs. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount of value will be deducted from the original price of the item.
If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding return delivery costs (and no additional costs will be refunded as a result of your choice of a different form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery). The product must be returned without undue delay and in all cases must be within 14 days of the date we received notice of your decision to cancel the purchase. We will pay out the refund with the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless we have explicitly agreed to another method.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item unless you can provide documentation that you have returned the item.

If the item is faulty (warranty)
The purchasing act applies to purchases. When you shop at reservedelpilleovn.dk you have the right to warranty up to 24 months. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the warranty is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

How soon shall I complain, when I have established a fault?
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered an item defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will be considered as timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will, of course, reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Which payment cards do we accept on our site?

We pay the card fee regarding purchases on our web-shop. The item payment is charged from your card when the item is shipped. The card owner will never be charged more than what was approved on the web-shop.
